The warm, cozy aroma of mulling spices is a cool weather classic. Can be made with wine or cider, serve this to your guests on a cool evening. 

Directions: 1-2 tablespoons of crushed spice per quart of liquid, gently steep for 10-15 minutes. Do not let it get to a boil.

Ingredients: Cassia cinnamon chips, orange and lemon peel, allspice berries, ginger, whole cloves, cardamom pods, star anise
